The Turkish Get Up Situp is the situp portion of the Turkish Get up.  You will lay on the floor with the KB extended over head and then will sit up.  You will not complete the Turkish Get Up.  Once you have finished the situp portion you will go back down to the floor and repeat.  You will alternate back and forth between your left and right sides.

We did one a couple of weeks ago that had a fair amount of body weight exercises with lower rep counts, so if you were good at one, you could just fly right through them. It was a bit different than going station to station. So maybe my ideal WOD would be for time and include maybe 10 or so different exercises at lower reps like 50 DUs, 20 pullups, 25 pushups, 20 wallballs, 15 knees to elbows, 10 ring dips, etc with 400m runs after every 2 or 3 moves. No repeated movements. That would mean having to keep looking at the board, but I like this kind of format as a change of pace to AMRAP, total reps in x rounds, or 1 minute stations.
