Authorities say a man awaiting trial on a murder charge in Robeson County hog-tied his 14-year-old cousin, stole two guns and his uncle's truck, and then led lawmen on a high-speed chase Friday afternoon.
The chase ended when the vehicle rolled off Raeford Road, pinning him inside, according to the Robeson County Sheriff's Office.
Tony Jones Jr., 19, of Shannon, was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries after he was extricated from the stolen GMC Yukon about 2:40 p.m. No other injuries were reported.
