Having gone through far too many cd players as a music on hold source, this was just what we had been looking for. Set-up was very easy and the software is also fairly easy to use. If you are shopping around for this product watch for the amount of built in memory. It seems that the earlier release had 16mb built in and then they went to 64mb. The model number and other features remained the same (as far as I know) and there are a number of places that are still selling the original version with less memory. If you want the 64mb version just make sure that’s what they are advertising or you might be in for a surprise when you get it. The only problem so far is that it has been several weeks and we still have not received the customized greeting. Other than that this would have been 5 stars.
